Us and canadian shipping Charges
$8.99 Shipping charge. Minimum order $30. Master Card and VISA only. All orders are shipped UPS ground, and usually ship in one to three business days. Post Office box addresses will be shipped using priority mail.
Additional $3 handling charge on Willard Water (item# 402, 405, and Aloe Vera drink (item# 562).
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US VI orders must be shipped UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air, additional shipping charges will be added to invoice at time of shipping.
Refusal of shipment will result in a charge back to your account for both the arrival and return freight costs. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International shipping charges
Countries other than the US and Canada, will ship US Global Priority Mail. They will be insured for their full valve (where applicable) and will have a delivery confirmation. International shipping charges are based on weight and destination. Actual shipping charge will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping and an additional handling charge of $8.99 will also be added. Returns
20% RESTOCKING FEE and actual shipping charges may apply.
All returns must be approved by New Action Products by calling (800) 455-6459
and have a return authorization number for credit to be given. Original shipping charge is not refundable. All returns must be unused and factory sealed in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Supplements may not be returned.
